Bill Pearl Arm Training

You will see two types of set/rep sheme. The first one used by Bill Pearl and the other one which he highly recommends for beginners without training experience. 

Bill's recommendation for beginners
Triceps Exercise on Lat. Machine or Pulley 2x10 reps
Triceps Exercise Barbell Lying 2x8 reps
Dumbell "French Press" 2x8reps
Triceps Dips between Stools 2x8 reps
Barbell Curl 2x10 reps
Dumbell Curl on Incline 2x8 reps
Seated Dumbell Curl 2x10 reps

Bill's number of sets
Triceps Exercise on Lat. Machine or Pulley 4x10 reps
Triceps Exercise Barbell Lying 4x8 reps
Dumbell "French Press" 4x8 reps
Triceps Dips between Stools 4x10-12 reps
Barbell Curl 4x8 reps
Dumbell Curl on Incline 4x8 reps
Seated Dumbell Curl 4x8 reps

Note
: All exercises are done strictly and correctly. After warming up, Bill does some upper body exercises and then starts his arm work. He does his exercises and sets in this order, using these repetitions and a medium heavy weight on the first set each exercise, and then his regular heavy poundage on the final three sets.
